SECURITY
Your career workspace is private by default
Public marketing pages are separate from authenticated career data, with limited access and clear account controls.
Public pages and private records stay separate
Marketing pages contain public product information and are built for search. Account, job, profile, message, and mailbox data live behind authenticated application routes and are excluded from the public sitemap. Protected data endpoints require a login session and resolve data for the current user.
Public analytics is limited to a small allowlist of funnel events and coarse paths. It must not contain email addresses, account or session identifiers, job and profile fields, Gmail data, model content, or arbitrary text from the interface.
Google sign-in is distinct from Gmail access
Signing in with Google requests identity scopes to establish your account. The optional Gmail integration is a separate read-only grant. You can use Job Prosperity without connecting Gmail, and you can disconnect it through the application when it no longer supports your workflow.
Read-only access is a meaningful limit, but you should still connect only when the organizational value is clear. Job Prosperity does not autonomously send recruiting email or decide who should receive a message.
AI-assisted activity remains accountable
Assisted updates are designed to be attributed and visible, with corrections and defined reversals where the product supports them. Treat classifications and summaries as organizational help rather than a replacement for the source material. Verify important dates, contacts, and commitments against the original listing or message.
You control what career notes you add. Keep them concise, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and review assisted changes before relying on them. For collection, retention, deletion, and contact details, read the Privacy Policy.
